Mixpanel
We use a product and web analysis tool from Mixpanel Inc. (One Front Street, 28th floor , San Francisco, CA 94111, USA) - "Mixpanel" - on our website and service platform. If a user uses our service platform or website, we store information on user behavior, which in turn is recorded in so-called "events". This recorded and stored information and data is largely anonymised and transmitted to the Mixpanel analysis tool. Mixpanel then creates the key figures and statistical values relevant to us. The processing of this data serves our legitimate interest, namely optimizing our products and services and ensuring a pleasant surfing experience for all users. The legal basis for data processing is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter b GDPR. The information is automatically deleted after the session has ended. A transmission of the information and data in the USA cannot be ruled out. We have agreed extensive data processing agreements and Standard Contractual Clauses (“SCC”) with Mixpanel.

HubSpot
We apply web analysis tooling from HubSpot Inc. (Two Canal Park Cambridge, MA 02141 USA) - "HubSpot". It helps us improve our website’s user experience, tailor our interactions, and better understand visitor behavior. By using HubSpot cookies, we can provide a more seamless and personalized experience for our visitors while gathering insights to improve our services.
