Everyone knows about employee retention benefits. Employees experience our benefits program tangibly every day and it improves health and "togetherness". Our motivation for healthy exercise is the key to reachingeveryone.
How do healthy benefits work?
A €5 voucher when I cycle to work. It's that simple.
This is just one example of many. We use non-cash benefits, for example, to encourage healthy exercise and healthy habits. This creates a direct bond, but above all a real sense of togetherness for everyone in the team.
- Every movement counts: whether steps, cycling or sport - everything counts towards achieving the daily targets.
- Daily goals: Participants can achieve daily targets and are rewarded for this directly from the benefits-in-kind budget, for example. This usually results in 80-90% participation.

What does the program cost?
Our prices are very simple. You pay per sponsored employee. In other words, for everyone we actively motivate. You decide for yourself how we motivate: either you do it yourself, in the SOLO package you only pay the platform fee for our "PulseCheck" software and motivate yourself. In our most popular product variant, BENEFIT, we use the non-cash benefit of €20-50 for motivation.

You decide for yourself how to motivate participants, whether with an extra day of vacation, a fundraising campaign or collecting money for a great team event. We provide the infrastructure for monitoring participants and key figures. And as usual, we take care of setting up challenges and motivation.

We use benefits to motivate people to exercise healthily. This form of reward is very low-threshold and actually reaches almost everyone. The program is "all-round carefree" and involves virtually no effort.
Our rewards

The effort required within the company is minimal. Move Republic takes care of employee onboarding and is directly available for service requests. Ongoing motivation is also taken care of.

The return on investment can be calculated using various key figures. In most cases, an easily determined comparison of the sickness rate compared to the national average is sufficient for the analysis. Customers achieve values of 20% - 30% reduction here. This leads to an ROI ratio of approx. 1:5.
These values are also confirmed by meta-studies.
Additional factors - albeit more complicated to record - are reduced fluctuation, higher productivity, increased employer branding and a significantly increased sense of unity.
