We do this via a modern app. Employees use it to achieve daily goals and exchange ideas in a community. This creates a sense of togetherness.
How do we achieve our average participation rate of 90%? It's simple: we reward exercise. This creates healthy habits naturally over time.

The app
- Free for everyone: The Move Republic app is available free of charge for iOS and Android.
- Registration in seconds: Users simply create their account via social login or with their email address.
- Directly in the program: By scanning a QR code, participants can access the company's program directly.

Reward
- STARS: Users collect STARS for goals achieved or in events.

Every form of exercise counts

Steps count when running. Each step corresponds to an activity point.

When cycling, 2 meters equals one activity point. One kilometer on the bike therefore corresponds to 500 steps.

At gyms, you can collect 100 AP per minute via a check-in, up to a maximum of 7,500 AP per day.

Movements in everyday life are particularly important. Each step is counted as an Activity Point.

In tennis, check-ins and steps count towards activity points.

When sailing, the check-in at the jetty counts. The sailing area will be determined separately.

When swimming, the check-in gives you the activity points.

The check-in at the sports facility also counts when riding.

Nordic walking is healthy and you collect a lot of steps.

The check-in at the sports facility also counts in boxing.

Auch beim Fußball zählt der Checkin in der Sportstätte.

Yoga ist gesund, auch hier zählen Checkins.

Auch beim Klettern ist der Checkin von Bedeutung.

Beim Tanzen sammelt man Schritte und die Activity Points für den Checkin.

Schritte sammeln beim Joggen geht schnell. Aber es ist auch eine ausgesprochen gesunde Aktivität im Alltag.

Our rewards
We work with voucher partners worldwide, so users in 65 countries can redeem individual regional vouchers that are fun to use. This is a selection of the vouchers that our participants can currently redeem for their STARS.


























Prepared challenges
We have already successfully completed over 200 challenges. These are either individually or thematically prepared. This automatically creates relevance for the participants.

We use seasonal topics and amplify them. They are usually already a topic of conversation anyway, so we can make good use of this to achieve a wide reach.

It often only takes a small nudge to start a habit. We provide this impetus and network employees to get started together.

The return on investment can be calculated using various key figures. In most cases, an easily determined comparison of the sickness rate compared to the national average is sufficient for the analysis. Customers achieve values of 20% - 30% reduction here. This leads to an ROI ratio of approx. 1:5.
These values are also confirmed by meta-studies.

The Move Republic program is divided into the platform fee and non-cash rewards:
Platform fee:
the fee is charged for the SaaS solution "PulseCheck". This is a conventional B2B software and therefore an operating expense.
In-kind premium:
the non-cash bonus is generally assessed tax-free via the non-cash benefit. If otherwise documented, the bonus is taxed at a flat rate.
Move Republic app:
The Move Republic app for employees is free of charge.
No!
Move Republic protects the participants' data. Everyone controls which of this data is released in the program.
As an employer, you can:

- not evaluate personal movement data.
